A Letter To Some Of Forbes 400 Richest People in America: Bill Gates Warren Buffet Paull Allen About Space. The use of my original plan for myself to put others into space. Sorry, if you did not get a letter I only mailed to those who had web pages in some when. If you do one of your people probably got the letter. I The first step is the proof of the airbreathing engine. The important information was posted before 08/20/02. The answer is a logical extention of that information from reseach that is 20 years old.

This is a mailing of my project I am working and that I am seeking support on. I would be honore if you get to see it let alone read it. I am mailing this to the Forbes 400 because it would be good if someone from this group backed this project.

I had planned to do this myself some 20 years ago. I had all but given up on the idea when the United States sent John Glenn up. I am not that old around 50 years of age. In the course of going back over my work I of course went back to where the books where back to the University. There to observe that some who wanted to go on studying after getting their were turned away. There are of course others who have given up on thinking that being smart in classical sense is meaningless. There is still another that loves to fight for position and sees anything as a possible conquest. This third one is part of the second one's problem. In can make it seem as if to much knowledge is a dangerous thing except if it was more interested in knowledge and what it could do with it there would be no problem. More people are shifting to this group and using their brains against each other than against any problem. I am not the only one capable of solving this problem. Everyone is blaming everyone and I could get involved in that except it is composed of idiots all.

My first attempts would have required everything that industry and science had. I draw plans that would have started with my building a plant to manufacture just a plane for me. Then I went to work on the plane, when I could see that the problem was not design of the plane. I went back to work on how to make the plane with as few as tools as possible. This lead to a design build able in space as well as in a shop.

This is a drawing of the full test setup for the engines the intake baffles are on the right under the number 1. Between numbers 2 and 3 is the actual 9 foot engine that is being tested. The tests of importance are the start up tests and the operation at ground level. The start up test is important because the inside parts must be hot be for the engine is used to fly. The second part is the ground level test the engine will not be operating any where near peak power because it is designed to still be producing thrust at over 150,000 feet. Beyond this point the thrust will fade to 0. This test and the next test could be avoided but the cost is not that much more for the next test. The second engine pictured between numbers 4 and 5 is the 14 foot stripped down version of this design. This engine will only be in operation after the other engine has been started. I think this size is to large to start and will only run with a heated airflow to it. The purpose is that after intial tested the second engine can be started and the baffles close some what to draw a vaccum accross the first engine. During the first 100,000 when the engine is at it's peak power and it velocity is still small is when the throttle to thrust output must be well defined.

One year to One and a Half years if someone can decides. The cost for test is materials(less then $150,000, transportation (less than$10,000), place(depends if I choose it may be free), and $4000 a month to live on. Agreement to fund building plane is engine passes goals. AND NO RIGHTS TO BE OWN FOR PLANE. That is the big one, I do not expect to hold any rights after construction either. Any other deal and all the numbers change. This move it forward then to a manufacture like any other plane. The following is an explanation of how this came about.

The design will not scale past much more then a 10,000 to 20000 payload.
